Frequently Asked Questions
How many pages can it handle?
Practically, up to a few hundred pages render smoothly on a desktop. Each thumbnail uses memory, so very large PDFs (500+ pages) may slow down. For huge documents, split first then organize each chunk.
Can I duplicate a page?
Not directly. The organizer copies each source page once into the output. To duplicate, you'd need to add the same page twice — a feature outside this tool's scope. Use a desktop PDF editor for duplication.
Will form fields or links survive reordering?
Yes — pdf-lib copies pages with their annotations intact, including form fields and hyperlinks. Bookmarks pointing to specific pages may break since their target page numbers change.
